Rick Stout is a CPA and the author of a number of computer books, including The Peter Norton Introduction to Computers (a textbook from Glencoe/Macmillan McGraw-Hill). Stout is also the coauthor of Osborne's best-selling The Internet Complete Reference (1st edition), The Internet Yellow Pages (1st and 2nd editions), and most recently, the author of the acclaimed The World Wide Web Complete Reference.
